Rachel is an amazing family advocate! She is an incredible listener, empathetic to each family’s unique needs. Her approaches feel so custom and thoughtful. Any family that gets a chance to work with her will understand how much love and intention she brings to her work and will also be better off knowing her.

“If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Rachel is truly in a class of her own. If you have the opportunity to work with her, don’t pass it up. Rachel is a rare combination of emotional and intellectual intelligence, warmth, and professionalism. She is up to date on all the latest science around child development while basing her work very concretely on the specific needs and personality of our child. We are better parents because of her influence.”

Rachel exudes a reassuring and calming energy that is palpable from the second you meet her. As first time parents, she provided us with the guidance, support, and comfort that we desperately needed during our transition to parenthood. For my wife, Rachel was instrumental in helping her through the postpartum period.

Parents who have worked with me often face challenges like:
Overwhelm and burnout
Sleep struggles
Major life changes: new baby, moving, death
Navigating daily transitions
Picky eating
Managing big feelings
The solutions to these challenges are within reach, but they’re not always easy. If you’re feeling alone, or like the advice you’ve been getting just isn’t working, I can provide a fresh perspective. Raising children isn’t meant to be done without a village.
You deserve to have the support you need.
What I Offer:

- Contextual Understanding: I help you understand your child’s behaviors within the framework of what is developmentally expected and appropriate.

- Research-Informed Insights: I offer perspectives that clarify your experiences, especially when dominant culture makes you feel anything but normal.

- Support in Creating Routines: I assist in establishing new routines, rhythms, and rituals—ancient cornerstones of nervous system regulation—to honor your family culture and foster deeper connections.
